When NTB had a problem mail from our client, we need email address to get in touch with our client. However, if our client does not provide us with a email contact, we will not be able to keep the sending station informed of the problem mail. In such cases, we will return the mail after holding it for a number of days.
Thus, we encourage every courier service station to sign up for a free web-email or secure your own email address. Presently we have one problem mail in hand. We will be returning to sending station by end of the week.

We manage to locate the person and got it delivered. Lots of effort is put in.
