Marks of Identity

This morning expressntb received some consignment from uncertain sources, however, we just delivered them. Having studied the various consignments and their respective manifest (if any) we would like to reccomend the following:-

1. Can the sending stations make a marking on the CN (may be a rubber stamp will look nice and presentable). eg. EXP-NTB or UCE-Network meaning that particular consignment came through UEC network or from Express NTB.

2. Please ensure proper manifest accompanying the consignment. This helps to check and report for no show items. This morning we notice one item destination BTW has its manifest appearing in NTB, but the item no show at NTB. Is it lost in transit or sent over to BTW without the manifest?!

3. Include a contact number or an email address on Manifest to allow quick report and tracking down on missing or problematic items.

Success of courier services based much on prompt service and early delivery. This is made possible with quick communication between stations through email, sms, fax and phone. Chose the cheapest mean----sms or email. In fact NTB will not call or fax any client who uses our delivery services, we prefered email, and sms. The charges is so low that it does not support phone or fax communication. So we hope our network members put in some effort to improve their packing documentation.

TQ
