NTB is doing dispatch services for clients. We are not part of the network of the client company. Therefore we need to know how we could redirect MISROUTED consignment to the correct destination.
Will those who make use of our dispatch services please provide us with a list of your network email or addresses. In our hand we have a number of problem mails and consignments yet to be redirected.

PACKING REMINDER
Of late we received some parcels from some multiple packing consignments. The consignment arrived with shortage. However, no CN number was written on those which arrived at the station.
No address was found on the consignment.
Even the manifest did not carry the consignee's name and address.
We only know through the manifest and also the marking on the consignment that there are a few more to arrive.
Please kindly remind those who are doing the packing to follow standard packing instruction to pavoid having missing parcels.
