Of late we received lots of mail from Letter-Shop Sdn.Bhd. for our dispatch. Regret to say that most of the mails from Letter-Shop could not be delivered.
Most of them had bad address: incomplete and no phone contact. There was no way we could locate and get in touch with the consignee.
Further more a number of them were not our delivery. There was no backup email to discuss the matter. We will try to deliver some of them after the Chinese New Year seasons. In fact, many of the consignee (companies) were already shut down for CNY.
Can we remind all our clients to provide us with email address for communication and discussion or report of problem mail etc. Thanks.

Phone contact and good address please
Many courier companies miss out to include the phone contact number for the consignee. In fact, this is very important. Riders would not waste time going second and third time to look out for the consignee because he is not in. Our every trip must be a close case----mail delivered. Thus it is important to include phone number.
Further more, many shippers ( and courier personnel) are not careful to include full address for the consignee. Bad address will only cause unnecessary delay for the mail.
We hope all our clients and network teams will look into this.

Thousand Apology
Of Late the telekom cable in front of our office was stolen.(The second time ). This caused much inconvenience to all my clients and network members.
Many could not contact us due to line and internet down time. Very sorry. We manage to serve many of our clients with three handphones running.
Kindly accept our thousand apology. Hope you understand our predicament. Telekom had tried their best to fix up the lines (many location in our town.) Thanks the line is back at 3.40pm on 8/01/09
