Telephone Contact

It is important to INCLUDE consignee's phone contact number on the CN. This will ensure our dispatch riders to make contact with the consignee when they cannot locate the place.

There are times when the rider reached the place, there was no one in. Under such condition, the rider will try to make contact to arrange for special delivery.
